Contractors had cleared a lots of birch trees at Englemere Pond and left them scattered around the site. This was to open up an area of heathland. There were some very big pre-existing holes in the same area. We carried or barrowed the cut logs to the holes and covered them with brash creating mega-reptile habitats. Then we installed a boardwalk.
