RBWM has decided to create a Jubilee Wood of 1000 trees in Ockwells Park http://www.rbwm.gov.uk/web/parks_ockwells.htm. This is a joint task with the RBWM Tree Wardens and other members of the public. At our last task in Ockwells Park we planted all the trees they had, but now they’ve got some more Be warned – it’s very, very muddy – Ockwells Park has heavy clay soil. 	We are going to be reinstating a path near Spring Cottage at Cliveden. For those of you with an interest in history, Spring Cottage is where the hanky-panky happened with Christine Keeler and Stephen Ward during the Profumo affair in 1963. 	We’re doing something new for us on Sunday. We are going to help with a habitat survey at Longhill Park, Bracknell http://www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk/longhillpark. 1st September	Hemwood Dell, Windsor
	We are going to be cutting down unwanted sycamore trees in Hemwood Dell, Windsor. Once part of Windsor Forest, this small woodland is a valuable local site that is being managed by the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead in partnership with local volunteers. The aim of the management is to improve the wildlife value of the site and allow it to reach its full potential as a haven for flora and fauna. The site was designated a Local Wildlife site in 2000. Hemwood Dell is by Hemwood Road, off Wolf Lane, Windsor. Meet in the layby on the south side of Hemwood Road. Map, OS SU937 756, SL4 4YX
