COVID-19

There will be no WMCV tasks during Lockdown 3.

Obviously please do not come if you have had any coronavirus type symptoms within the last 7 days.

Here are some other changes to bear in mind:-

Please let me know if you intend to come to a task (in the past this hasn’t been necessary). I will be sending an email a few days before the task as usual.

Please drive/cycle to the work site by your own vehicle unless you are in the same household or bubble.

WMCV averages about 6 people at a task. Should there be more than 6, volunteers may be split into two smaller groups.

Please bring your own food and drink. Sorry no tea and Hobnobs for the time being although I will bring some cold water as a backup.

Regulars who use WMCV gloves will be asked to keep them.

I have bought a squirty hand sanitiser. I also have wipes but they are not anti-viral and are more for cleaning off gunk.

I have bought face masks and disposable gloves for use in medical emergencies.

As the WMCV tools are only used every two weeks they should be virus-free at the start of the day. Please endeavour to use the same tools throughout the day.
